What this policy covers
This policy applies to basementunderpinningmississauga.ca and to the information you send us through it. It was last updated on the date shown at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your phone number, your email address if you choose to give one, the service you selected, and the message you write. The form also records which page you sent it from and how long the form was open, both of which are used to filter automated spam.
We do not ask for and do not want financial information, government identifiers, or any personal detail beyond what is needed to answer your enquiry.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and to quote the work you asked about. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or use it to market anything unrelated to the enquiry you made.
Who else sees it
Your message is delivered by email to us and stored in that mailbox. It is not shared with third parties except where we genuinely need to in order to do the work you asked about — for example, passing a drawing question to the designer on your project — and we will tell you when that is the case.
Spam protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. Cloudflare processes limited technical information from your browser for that check. It is used only to decide whether the submission is automated.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The spam-protection check may set a short-lived technical cookie in order to work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Records relating to work we actually carried out are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form or reply to any message from us and we will deal with it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page.
